"The filter was the wrong size again..."
The filter was the wrong size again and didn’t fit right at all. I ended up having to chase them to get a response, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

"Return process was more frustrating than expected"
I sent the filters back and I’m still waiting on my refund weeks later. If the refund had been handled quickly, I probably wouldn’t have minded the return, but support keeps giving me vague updates and pushing things off. For something simple like returning filters, this has been way more of a headache than it should be.

"Box showed up crushed"
So... the filters arrived, but the box was really beat up. Like, corners smashed in and the tape was already half coming loose. Not exactly what you want when the stuff inside is supposed to stay clean, you know? The filters seem okay, I guess, but the packaging definitely made me annoyed

"I Wasn’t Impressed With These Filters"
I ordered a couple of these filters, and to me they just didn’t feel like good quality right out of the box. The frame on one looked a little bent, and the filter material seemed thinner than what I’m used to buying.
I still tried one because I figured maybe it would be fine once it was in place, but it didn’t sit right in my vent. Air was slipping around the edges, so in my opinion it kind of defeated the whole point of using it.

Maybe I happened to get a bad batch, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy them again. For what I paid, I personally expected something sturdier and better made

"Website was just as frustrating as I expected"
I tried ordering some filters, and the website was a pain to use. I already had a feeling it was going to be clunky, and sure enough, it was slow, the search results weren’t very helpful, and I had to click around forever just to figure out the right size. After a while I just gave up. Frustrating experience overall.

"Got the wrong filters"
I ordered the filter size I needed, but they ended up sending me a different one. The box label didn’t match what I ordered at all. Now I have to mess with returning it and wait all over again, haha. Frustrating, so I probably won’t order from them next time

I ordered some filters last month, and the shipping felt really slow. I’m not sure if there was a delay or something going on, but I didn’t get many clear updates along the way, so I was kind of left wondering when they’d actually show up.

"Heads up: slow replies and not much help"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: I bought some filters and had a simple question about shipping, so I emailed customer service. I figured it would be a quick answer, but I didn’t hear anything back for a few days.
I tried calling too, and it felt like I was just being ignored. When someone finally did reply, the message was really short and didn’t actually answer what I was asking.

The filters themselves might be totally fine, but the support experience was frustrating enough that I’d be careful. I don’t think customers should have to chase a company just to get basic shipping info.

"Canceling felt unnecessarily difficult"
Canceling my filter subscription was more of a hassle than I expected. The reminders and timing were confusing, so I ended up getting filters I didn’t even need. The whole process felt impersonal too, like there wasn’t a real person there to help if something went wrong.

Maybe I’m just checking at the wrong times, but every time I look, my size is always out of stock. It’s frustrating because I’ll find something I actually like, and then it’s not available.

The filters themselves seem fine, so maybe I’m being a little too annoyed about it, but the delivery was frustrating. My order showed up later than the date they originally gave me, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no clue what was going on. I ended up buying one from a local store just to get by while I waited. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, I guess, but I’m not sure I’d trust the shipping estimate next time
